Growing Charter School Systems is seeking Assistant Principal - BILINGUAL preferred.

SER-Niños Charter School District is seeking a dedicated Assistant Principal for our elementary campus to support instructional excellence, positive student culture, and strong family partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Support teachers with coaching and instructional leadership.
Assist with student discipline and campus operations.
Foster family engagement and clear communication.
Help ensure compliance with district and state policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s in Educational Leadership (preferred).
Texas Principal Certification (required or in progress).
3 years of teaching experience (required).
Leadership experience preferred.
